TechTrove is a social media enabled business-to-business marketplace for experts and expert insight. They foster the creation and discovery of credible, independent expert insight, for professionals working in Enterprise Information Technology.


The client wanted to create an e-commerce site where the IT analysts could upload their reports and set prices for their reports based on whether the user is willing to provide personal information. Site users should be able to search for reports and buy them.


We built this site on Drupal 8 Commerce. The most challenging part of this site was varying the price of each report based on whether the user is anonymous, authenticated and how much personal information he is willing to disclose while buying the report.


The site was ready within a month and the client was able to invite various IT analysts to start upload their reports.
